They have literally made this for anyone to be able to follow. With all of the really great videos, and clear instructions, it's super simple and dead-on accurate.

My Review

While not as comprensive as Panic Away,  I found the Linden Method to be a great overall program. This program does not have videos, but rather a rock solid manual and audio cds. Best of all it is a physical product and delivery is FREE.  It's a very clear program and it delivers.

The price tag might be a bit much for some (it is on the pricier side) but this guy really knows his stuff and has helped 125,580 people around the world to eliminate their anxiety, panic attacks, OCD and phobias just by using The Linden Method.

Best of all, it comes with unlimited coaching. You have unlimited telephone and email access to his trained psychologists and counsellors, confidential support and one-on-one guidance for you and your family.

So this is much more of a "hands on" program.

Bottom line: The Linden Method  is very comprehensive, just maybe a little pricey for some. But if you want more of a human interaction experience and don't mind the extra price, then this is the program for you.


 

My Conclusion:
